With Split.io it is super easy to use feature toggles in my code. Hence we don’t need to use feature branches and our code goes straight to production. Once the feature is complete a simple click in the administration panel puts it to work.
Another valuable feature is the ability to partially use the feature, making transitions smooth and giving time to the engineering team to fix any bugs before full release.

Out of the whopping 5,840 companies up for consideration in the category of “Development Products”, only 314 got nominated for the 2024 Best Software Awards. The final list included 50 software companies including notable companies like Microsoft and Gitlab. Split ranked 27 overall.
Split allows us to easily roll out new features to a specific segment of users, also gradually releasing features to gather feedback and monitor their impact before a full release. It has helped us catch bugs early on.
The metric interface is smooth. It gives a quick overlook of how an experiment is performing with easy to understand statistics.
It also supports collaboration among teams. Multiple teams can work on different experiments simultaneously (for example: using dependencies to isolate experiments).

What I like best about Split is there are SDKs for most popular languages and a great collection of guides to help with implementing it.It’s all overshadowed, though, by the excellent Split Arcade. It’s definitely the best way to learn extensively about using a product in a self-serve manner.
