Flagship 2022: Panel Discussion – Women in Innovation

Technology is a driving force in the world and despite making up more than half of the workforce, less than 1/3 of technology roles and ¼ of leadership roles are filled by women.At Split, we believe that the perspectives as women are vital to creating products and experiences that represent the diverse world we live in today. In that way, diversity in representation within software innovation/the product development process should be considered a critical best practice for every organization.
